It's not "a house". It's a building in a city that is being used to launch missiles and mortars and drones and even some weird failed daytime SEAL style beach assault on Israel.
It is a valid military target. For similar actions look at both invasions of Iraq, bombing north and south Vietnam, Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Hell Sherman's march through the south.
