Israel isn't targeting civilians. It is targeting command and control and launch sites.
These have been located in civilian areas intentionally to use their deaths to garner support. As posted earlier Hamas is asking locals to stay put and die. Israel is going as far as leafletting neighborhoods before strikes. Hamas is using missiles and mortors on the Israeli civilians. They even accidentally dropped a strike into the west bank. Hamas fired first. They have been asked over and over to stop. What do you think should be done? The police are police. The so called occupying forces are in the military. Israel will catch real flack if they make major incursions into Gaza.
