Israel had to go into Gaza for a single reason - tunnels. We're talking
tunnels 60 feet deep and miles long. Tunnels with their own electricity.
Tunnels that are responsible kidnappings and terrorist attacks. It's hard
to find the exit point of these tunnels but not so hard to find the
entrances. Israel HAS to go in and find them to stop them being used. No
choice, as they've been shown when Hamas used one recently to ambush and
kill some soldiers.

You ask why concrete is a restricted material for transport to Gaza. Think
how many buildings or bomb shelters could have been built instead of
"terror tunnels".
