No, Cameron, you look like an asshole, and thick-headed, for not being 
able to understanding the nuances of my arguments. They are refined, not 
gross statements. And you have finally stated what would have avoided 
this situation completely:

"Perhaps she should not have slapped him..."

That in no way justifies his level of response, the consequences he may 
not have intended, but nonetheless,
he is responsible for. But if his fiance had kept her cool and not 
attacked him physically, I doubt Ray would have make any physical response.
