I remember reading an article where they interviewed some guys who basically said - I don't care about AIDs - I refuse to wear a condom. >From what I hear, this is one of the biggest problems. It's not lack of money or education, it's simply refusing to change your behavior.
While no one deserves to die - if you choose to ignore the facts, you shouldn't be surprised. I know sex is good and all that - but no one is forcing you to have sex (unless you get raped). You have to eat.
