My graphics guy suggested the following:
2.) I highly recommend The new Avery "Clean Edge" business cards,
so you can print your own... Model 8871, you can get at any staples.

No perforated edges; the cards are laid out on a sticky-backed paper,
so when they print you peel them off, and Voila.. no edges, very
professional.
