Do YOU have a copy of the actual email that got sent??? We BCC every
email sent out of every app we've ever made (yeah, mass amounts of email
to wad through and filter, but it's saved our butts more than once.)

Maybe it is a user error over on your client's side?

They see a ghost ... But it's not true?
