No...although I am adding a BCC to me to all of them now to see if it happens again.
Thing is, there are a lot of internal politics with this client, and their box office were complaining because before we rebuilt the site they used to get all the information, including cc details, in an email!!! We told them that it was completely insecure to do this, but they are sulking that the system has changed. Also, it's a plain text email, but the 'extra' text is in a different font.
