So. Still no Bird. Highly doubt she will make her way back. As Bill says, thay aren't too bright in the navigation department, though they learn tricks and talk and stuff. And this may sound a bit cold (or crazy), but got new bird already. Couldn't function with empty cage and quiet house. So Phil and I went to Surrey Street pet store, found a pied 3-month old cockatiel. Is now in newly scrubbed cage, eyeing me warily. Looks eerily like Bird. It's name is Weebl.
