At least you weren't offering to give me bigger breasts. :)
I'm building a DB of subjects, senders, IPs and the like to check against in addition 
to the 3 rules I mentioned. I've got to give an hour or so a day to deal with spam 
that's been blocked, gotten into the archives (but not the lists), etc. While I'm 
catching a lot of it, I've seen the general level rise in the last few months. 
One thing I'm going to do is alter all of the addresses on the site using a technique 
mentioned to me by a friend (Shlomy Gantz, www.bluebrick.com). Look at his mailto and 
then look at the source. I've written a UDF to do that for me but it's not documented 
or anything for distribution. Another time thing. :)
