Its kind of a drag she had to have hand issues as well as the spinal injury. Thats pretty annoying. The typing does sound amazing!!! > If she were bitten almost anyplace on her fingers, or on her legs, she > wouldn't even know and wouldn't know why she would be getting 'sick'. As a > result of her injuries, she doesn't feel pain around her waist/internal > abdomen area and only sweats when she would otherwise be in pain (abdominal > cramps and muscle rigidity are comon symptoms of Widow bites). So, you see > my worry. Yes - I have a friend who three years ago got a spinal injury playing rugby. He often liked to show off the abuse his legs could take without pain. Used to piss me off. Although it was handy when we would be out somewhere - no need to open doors with JP, he just launched himself through, knees first. He was lucky to only lose a little functionality in his hands. > It pained me to do it, as I hate killing anything, but sometimes it just has > to be done. If it were any other spider, I would have left it alone to do > its thing, but it wasn't just any other spider .. So, there you have it. And its not like you could MOVE the spider or anything. I think you did the smart thing. ______________________________________________________________________ Signup for the Fusion Authority news alert and keep up with the latest news in ColdFusion and related topics. http://www.fusionauthority.com/signup.cfm Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
