I've been dealing with people all day who don't know how to use a list, read or follow instructions. They all speak English and yell it in such a way that I have to believe that they're Americans (or Frenchmen, but...). I'm ashamed to call them countrymen and there's no way I think they're better than anyone short of a dyslexic poodle.
