How? If I chose to download Moby's new single and it's a spoof - yes -
I've wasted throughput - but it was my choice to download copyrighted
music.

Well, I doubt the RIAA would release spoofs of tracks their artists have
already released. (Although they certainly don't rate high on the old IQ
scale...)
