You are purchasing a license to a piece of music, by making that
purchase you agree to the terms of the contract.

Just like software, you have a single license for a single computer. You
may or may not be able to make a backup copy. Same thing with music, you
don't like the license, wait for the song to play on the radio, then
record it.
