vacations are nice. Involve yourself in something completely divorced from
work - volunteer for instance. See if you can get started on a project that
you would find interesting. Get a new job.

A couple of years ago I was in the same boat. I volunteered for a while at a
local group home for mentally handicapped adults. It really helped.
