:) Govt can control ARIN. Arin puts the certain class a's out to the Asia Domain Registry or whatever its called then theres the Europe and south america ones. Arin delegates authority to them but arin is still the king and can shut down everythign if they had to.
You say it can't be done and i know you are wrong on that one. it would bring the net to a halt but it could happen. I dont think it would EVER happen but with GW in there you never know lol, maybe he'll call it too much of a security risk and shut it all down.
