Just had a thought for the list, I think Michael added the ability to
lock a thread, but I thought of a clean solution for OT threads
that people may want to discuss but are not appropriate for cf-talk.
Would it be possible to rewrite the reply-to header to cf-community
instead of cf-talk?
That way thread don't have to be locked, and people can still hit
reply to the thread, and discuss all they want here.

Suggestion #2 would be integrated link shortening and logging, via and
xml syntax, sort of like Evolt's tip system. Something like:
<link desc="fuzzy koala's threatened by RIAA">somehugelink</link>

Then the list could transform the link into a shorter link, and log it
for perusal later. So many cool links get posted, it would be great to
be able to have a list of them for reference.
