What mental side effects. The eventual course of the condition can lead to a form of dementia but that isn't seen for about 20 years or so. By your criteria we all should be disqualified from office, because of the probability of Alzheimer's or other age related dementia.
I would also like to note that you probably have something wrong with your brain. If I tested you on the Halstead-Reitan test I am willing to bet that the test would turn up a series of possible lesions and other brain damage. When I learned how to administer the test, we (the students in the course) were all shocked to discover that by definition we all had some form of measurable brain damage. That's the norm. Moreover if we are to use potential brain damage as a litmus test for political fitness, then GW Shrub is definitely out. Cocaine and alcohol abuse is strongly associated with significant brain damage - and we all know GW's history. larry -- Larry C.
