Reno wasn't even in office when Ruby Ridge occurred, and she hadn't been in office very long when Waco happened. While that doesn't absolve her of the responsibility, she was definitely lied to by the agents in charge at Waco. And while I deplore the government action at Waco, I would hardly think that Reno is guilty of murder.
