I bet the new "reality" show Survivor Thailand isn't truly realistic.
If they wanted to make it more accurate, and bring attention to a tragic problem at the same time, they could change the plot: The contestants get to have unprotected sex with locals. The winner is the one who lives... If that show is a success, they can do Survivor South Africa.
