BTW I found another review, which mentioned 
the "Stop/Go" signals on the table, so it *really* 
sounds like the place you were mentioning before.

Am looking forward to this trip (but my diet isn't <g>), 
we're also having dinner at Picasso restaurant in the 
Bellagio <mmmmmmm>. They have a prix fixe and a 
degustation (tasting) menu, the latter is 5 courses. You 
can optionally do the "wine pairing" with each course. 
Luckily, the place we're staying is within walking 
distance!
