jfg I checked out the Green Field web site.
Was quite amused to see their CEO's name is Young Dae
Kim - a good Brazilian name if I ever heard one <g>.
Both places, Samba in Las Vegas and Green Field in MD
refer to the style of presentation as Rodizio ("in
cycle") and have the Caipirinha lime drink. Oh, yummmmm.
