What like put your plastic keyboard into boiling water and then see what happens?
have you tried it? -----Original Message----- From: Harkins,Patrick [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 30 September 2002 16:14 To: CF-Community Subject: Keyboard renewal recipe Hi, I was told a recipe for cleaning and giving new life to a keyboard that sounds a bit crazy but I think it's for real. What do you think? The recipe is to get the biggest pot you can find and fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Then turn the water off and let it cool for a minute. Then put your unplugged - repeat unplugged! - keyboard in the water and leave it to soak for a half hour or so. Remove the keyboard and leave it to drain overnight or longer till it is completely dry. I think this should work nicely, but the trick might be to time it around when you will be away and don't need the keyboard. !!!
