Its a little late to ask this question: for a united way fundraiser I created an online auction to auction off managers as slaves for a day. I modeled it after ebay, how it worked and how it looked and called it ANMCbay (anmc is the name of the hospital)
There was a great deal of worry that calling it anmcbay was illegal. I reassured them that it wasnt' anything to worry about since it was internal. But of course I wasnt' really sure, I was just bluffing since I put alot of work into it. Could we have gotten into alot of trouble for anmcbay?
