Odd. Either it wasn't there when I looked or I just couldn't "see" it in the riot of information. Actually, even now when I look at the page, if I look directly at the red bar I can see the message but if I just let my eyes scan the page my eyes ignore the red bar. I don't know if I interpret it as a banner ad or just a lintel for the content or what. Interesting though.
