Okay, now it's really weird. The banner is gone and there is no mention of
it on the World News section or even the Asia Pacific section of their site.
The direct link still works.

I often wonder how other places work to maintain their sites. I know we
fumble around a lot here, but we're not exactly one of the most popular
sites on the internet either.

The article mentioned a terrorist group with ties to al Qaeda. CNN got a
call from Rumsfeld telling them that al Qaeda is old news and that they
better only report on Iraq and not confuse people.

Of course as soon as this email hits the list, CNN will have posted it as a
story somewhere obvious again.
