The problem with our sys admins is that they've set up exchange (first mistake) to send out multipart emails no matter what the preferences in outlook are set to. Not to mention the whole last-name-first thing probably tells people right away: "n00b13z".
I told them they're wasting money on storage/bandwidth by storing two versions of each email, even when users really just want to send plain text. Of course, they took offense as if I was insulting their intelligence or something, which wasn't the case at all. I just don't want to come off as a dumb-ass with the people I communicate with on a daily basis. If anything, it should be my typing and opinions that make me appear dumb ;) Oh well, so goes the story of the typical sys admin.
