Are you saying that you have replaced it already and you're having problems getting it to boot?
Generally, it's best to reinstall fresh when you change the motherboard. If it's an identical model board, then you might not have to reinstall. If it's the same chipset but a different manufacturer, you might just have to run a repair or installers for the differences. But generally, I just do a clean reinstall of the OS.
