Nevermind. I just called my sister. She says that the word describes the shape of the little round thingies Jewish people wear on their head (please excuse my ignorance of Jewish apparel).
I'm still not satisfied, since that word isn't used anywhere else to describe anything similar or round. Don't think it's a Cambo word.
