hehe... Phoeun, I'm not surprised that you do.... goat milk is very fragile and tends to go off quickly. When it does it has that characteristic goaty flavour. Also some goats tend to produce goaty milk. Also if the goats are milked near where the male goats live, the milk will pick up their odour which is very intense. On the other hand "cowy" milk is very bad too, it just takes more for it to get there. And fresh carefully handled goat milk is very mild... honest! :-) It makes very good cheese too, if carefully done.
