yeah been there and done that...

Don't jump unless it is pretty solid.. and trying to replace a team 
that received awards and did good work isn't exactly a non challenging 
environment...

my friends down at the local restaurant and all those failing hollywood 
types give you a little clue... They all waitstaff tables... the money 
can be good...

and best of all, the pay is the cash variety...  Get it?
