Depends terrorism is meant to cause terror, John Wayne gacye (sp) wasn't a
terrorist he was a serial killer he killed for whatever screwed up reasons
he had. If the sniper shot people just cause he's whacked and NOT because he
was trying to help a terrorist organization then he's not a terrorist he's a
typical serial killer. :) That might be media hype though saying this person
is a terrorist without having all the evidence :)
