Thanks Howie.

Now when I'm in the CF Admin, whch severity level do I select for it to
log? I have Error selected, but I don't see anything recent in the
mail.log.

Is there somewhere else I should be doing this?

The mail log is cfusion\log\mail.log

It used to be in the cfusion\mail\log folder but they moved it...
