Man, that DOES suck. I hate to hear stories like that. When things like that
happen to me, I almost always think it was for some kind of reason.

A few years ago I was stoked about my interviews with a particular, big
name, adult magazine. Their staff was cool, their projects were cool, and
man was the atmosphere cool ;) - but I didn't get that job. 2 months later
all of those same people I interviewed with were shown the door.

Another job, with a company that I helped start. Felt like it was over with.
Quit that job for about double the salary somewhere else. 6 months after I
did that, the company I abandoned was bought out by a much larger company.
Let's put it this way, had I stayed there and roughed it out, I would
probably have a lot more time to sit here and shoot the breeze with you
fellas (and gals ;) ).

Hang in there man, something will come through.
