you mean like an isapi filter to catch and file all html form posts to a
webserver?
you could create one, although I don't know how.

Can you define "content coming into a web server"? I mean, you can set up a
sniffer on the network segment, but that'll grab all the traffic. Exactly
what are you trying to accomplish?
