Heard on the radio yesterday that a local reporter is working on a story about the "Rainbow Man", the guy who used to show up on all the sporting events holding the John 3:16 signs. He's currently serving 3 life sentences for holding a maid hostage in a hotel room. His demands? A three hour news conference so he could explain why the world was coming to an end. Makes you wonder who had the influence to get three life sentences for him when he never actually hurt anyone ... sounds like the same as this case, political power affecting law enforcement ...
