Well - that depends.  The constitution does not give anybody the right
to say anything.  Rather it protects the populace from government
efforts to curtail speech and opinion.

If a company says to it's emplyees "you can't say that" it's not a free
speech issue.  If an organization (like the NFL) says "you can't say
that" it's not a free speech issue either.

>From the little that I've seen this case just doesn't seem to at all a
First Amendment issue.
