Well, there is some truth to that, any adult US citizen should know
their Miranda rights, but at the same time... STEREOTYPE ALERT ... This
guys occupation and name might lead one to believe he wasn't a US
citizen.

I say this because in Kentucky on the horse and Tobacco farms there are
many migrant workers from south of the border who speak little English
and know little to nothing about the US justice system.

If the person they are talking to appears to fall in that category, then
they need Miranda warnings, now, when the Police are smart enough to
determine what a person knows about the US legal system just by looking
at the person and asking their name, then they can start doing that.
Until then they need to give the Miranda warning to everybody.
