IIRC, there was also a case recently that had something to do with a suspect
talking to their lawyer in supposed confidence, but that discussion was
taped because the discussion was held in an interrogation room and the tape
was used as evidence.

I can't remember what the decision was on that one, but I think it wasn't in
favor of the 5th.
