But what's so different with that an a next door shop or shoe repair 
place. Their support structure may be the same, but do not have the 
fallback of no property taxes.

What I dislike are those huge mega-churches that have 5, 10, or 20 
thousand members. The church puts up a very large building, typically 
more than one, get all the infrastructure support, but pays nothing 
for it. At the same time the neighbourhood suffers from vastly 
increased traffic, na d the congestion and additional pollution etc. 
Essentially that church is getting a free ride on the backs of its 
neighbours.
