Well I would say that continuing to spread what is in many cases irrational fear could 
be a form a terrorism.  I mean while there is of course a danger of terrorist attacks 
in the US, it is really no higher than it was prior to the Sept. 11 attacks.  By 
perpetuating the idea that this is a new and increased threat you are increasing 
peoples tension, which ends up making them change the way they live their lives, and 
allows all of these new draconian measures to be instituted.

I would say that was assisting the terrorists yes?
