I am sorry but as far as I am concerned your family should inherit your rights to content you produced. I mean say I write the American novel. I die unpublished, then it catches on and is a huge hit. My children don't deserve the results of my work??
I don't like the RIAA. I think that their inability to understand the technology they are working with has caused the majority of the problems they are having. I mean if you look how publishing houses have been able to use the internet to create e books and such, and still managed to prevent the majority of problems associated with file trading.
