The Skin Heads were formed out of the labor movement in England, lets not
forget the national socialists kicked off in Germany and still have a large following
in much of Europe. The Japanese and Chinese both generally consider themselves better
than all those around them. In Africa you can be the same race yet hate simply because
of the tribe you belong to.

Well, there is racial bias in *every* country. The problem is that people hold the US
to a different standard...
I'm not saying bias is not wrong but, come on, the US is not the seat of all bias...
