By putting troops on the ground. I mean We are supposedly the big bad boys right? Well then all we would have to do is enforce our "decrees". I mean seriously, we have helped more countries, friend and foe alike, than any other nation in the history of the world.
A while ago I saw an article from a Canadian journalist that went in to great detail on what we have done for people, and then thanked us. I tried to find it but google failed me.
