That is just ass end backwards. People who drive more miles than others are the problem. If we are measuring the amount of pollution a car gives up then we are talking about the emissions * miles driven.. But your saying a traveling salesmen who does thousands of miles a week in driving is doing less harm then the yuppy business man who goes to work and back......simply because the yuppy drives and SUV
