I suppose it depends on how you look at it. The (human) body is designed to receive more pleasure from the act than most animals. Also (and unlike almost all other animals) humans are "in heat" continuously. Our sexual organs also tend to be more externalized than most higher mammels (meaning that they can receive stimulation more easily). Our bodies also are non-discriminatory: stimulation from just about any source will create both sexual response and pleasure. As has been seen homosexual behavior (presumably under the cause of "if it feels good, do it") exists in many higher mammels. This tendancy towards satisfaction over procreation can be seen in the truly VAST array of sexual positions (both heterosexual and homosexual) than humans have come up with throughout the millenia. When you say "natural" you're obviously intimating that "natural" is defined by procreation only - in other words only the interaction that produces offspring is natural. However this is not a biological definition, this is an intellectual definition. Animals, after all, have no instinctual understanding that this act produces offspring, they are simply driven to that act. Sexual release, however, is a biologically valid driver of behavior. Biologically speaking, it's just so much fun that it seems perfectly natural to me to find that release that is most satisfying. In humans this instinct to value sexual release is very highly tuned far beyond the needs for procreation. So, considered like this, any act that results in sexual satisfaction is "natural" in that it is biologically motivated. This defination would include heterosexual, vaginal sex during non-fertile periods, masturbation, homosexual sex of all types, and all non-vaginal heterosexual sex.
