IANAL, but couldn't you change the corporation to a Non-profit entity?  That
way you can accept donations much easier and companies donating can use it
as a write-off.  A NPO doesn't mean you don't make money or pay salaries or
anything like that, but it does wonders for your tax status...

OK, this is a sticky one.
House of Fusion exists as a corporate entity (S corp) but its income is $0.
Its
expenses are a lot more than the income and its existence is basically a

drain. The question is, what other corporate or non-corporate entities exist
