ummm just block all *.nl & *.de that will clear your spam up a bit!! So what if you take out a few innocents on the way you need to be more like the Morons at SPEWS, i think their motto should be, "Being Pricks since 1995" man the guy that runs that place should be pulled out and tarred and feathered. Once you manage to get on their list EVEN if you're not a freaking spammer you can't get off on believe me i've tried and its like going through the 7th level of hell to even find a way.
But yea chello.nl is pretty full of open relays.
