I do my best to be very specific in my blocking and try my best NOT to
arbitrarily block domains. The amount of time that I put into anti-spam work
is
immense for what I'm being paid. I haven't blocked the UN. I haven't blocked
France and I haven't blocked any domain or IP 'just because'.
For most domains, all I can go on is what I see in my box and the replies I
get
from them.
