See, people keep saying things like this, but really look at the facts.

Breathing, Sex, all of these thing existed before man.

The Internet is relatively new, and these Patents are very specific.

The application works in a very specific manner, relates to a product
that is for sale, and blah blah blah. If you application follows 100%
the exact same process then you can claim that they couldn't patent it.
But at the same time, if they try to sue you, they have to prove that
your application follows theirs 100%

Look at the BT Hyperlink case, it wasn't because of the hyperlink, it
was because the data wasn't stored in blocks. If they data had been
stored in blocks then there would have been issues.
